It all began as a hobby... Founder and Co-Owner Barbara Bennett was introduced to the hobby of scrapbooking several years ago and immediately loved it! She began creating memory albums for her own family and especially their family vacations. As Disney fans the Bennetts traveled to Walt Disney World frequently, taking many pictures on each trip. It quickly became a challenge to find the perfect products to make even MORE Disney pages without repeating previous ideas. There are a lot of great Disney scrapbooking supplies out there, but each store or online site only carries a few of them.

MouseMemories was founded in the Fall of 2000 to bring them all together into a one-stop shopping place for all those great Disney products! Now, almost four years later, MouseMemories has achieved our goal of becoming the world's best place for buying all of the products you need to make your own memory albums from your Disney trip! But we didn't stop there... In the Fall of 2003, MouseMemories moved down to Florida and began a major expansion to include many more themes besides the vacation and Disney themes that we were already so well known for. We now offer great scrapbooking products for Sports and Pastimes and Friends and Family scrapbooking projects, too!

• We still love the hobby of scrapbooking. We carefully select products that we would love to include in our own projects so you can be sure that anything you purchase from us is a great product and has great value.
• MouseMemories is dedicated to making our guests happy with their purchase and their experience in shopping at our store. Therefore, if you are unsatisfied with any product that you've purchased at MouseMemories.Com, send it back to us in resalable condition and we will refund 100% of the purchase price of that product. We don't charge a restocking fee, and you don't need advance permission to return anything (although you may want to contact us prior to returning any items so we can discuss the situation with you and resolve it in the best possible manner.)

Communication

Delivery

• We know that our guests want their new products quickly, so we recently reduced our order processing time from five (5) to just two (2) business days! This is a great improvement and we are working to make that even better.
• If we sell out of an item it is removed from our web site as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we do occasionally have a backordered situation since we work with many smaller suppliers. When that happens, we will send your order as completely as possible within our normal two-day shipping policy and will then send out the backordered items at our expense, of course, as soon as we possibly can.
• Domestic orders are shipped using US Priority Mail and the United Parcel Service. We provide free delivery confirmation (USPS) and delivery tracking (UPS) at no additional cost to our guests.
• Orders from international guests are charged actual shipping costs. After we determine the actual weight of an international order, we contact the international guest with options so they can choose the lowest possible shipping cost or the shortest shipping time.
