Guest Appreciation Program

Due to guest requests, Mouse Memories has made two significant changes to our guest appreciation program effective December 30, 2008. First, we will no longer provide gift certificates for guests that place large orders via our website. Instead, all standard domestic (U.S.) orders over $50 are now shipped FREE OF CHARGE and international orders over $50 in value will qualify for a $5.00 shipping credit!

Also, we have improved our former back order policy, effective December 30, 2008. While our systems are designed to not allow out of stock products to be added to the cart, sometimes errors do occur. Any item that is not in stock at the time an order is pulled will be cancelled from the order and credited to the payment method used on the order. This means orders will ship very quickly (1-2 days usually) and you won't be waiting on backordered product to arrive.
