"Thank you for including some scrapbook things from Universal Studios. I know it isn't Disney, but lots of people go to those parks and there in an untapped market for those materials. I just got back from a family trip to Universal Studios, and now that I have come back with almost 400 pictures I am trying to find albums, papers and elements to use to scrapbook those pictures. "Hello, I wanted to send you a little note letting you know how much I appreciate the level of customer service that I received from one of your employees. Barbara has been helping me off and on for about the last month. Up until now I have only purchased scrpabooking supplies from one company, but their supply of Disney items is a bit limited, so I decided to branch out. That is when I found your web site. I sent an email to [Guest Relations] to see if your products were acid free, lignin free, and buffered. Barbara answered me within two hours! I was stunned. With most companies it seems that you are lucky to get a response within two days. Anyway, Barbara let me know that it varies depending on who the maker of the item is & that she would be happy to look up all of the items I was considering. I wasn't able to get to it right away, but towards the end of the day (on a Friday) I emailed her my list. She emailed me right back saying that she was about to leave for a meeting & wanted to know if it would be okay if she got back to me Monday morning. That was perfectly fine by me & sure enough Monday morning I had my answers. Since then, there have been about five more emails and two orders. Barbara is definitely the reason for this & the reason why I won't hesitate to order again. I also have recommended your company to my friends who scrapbook. After working in customer service for over 10 years, it is obvious to me when I run into an employee who truly cares about their customers. Please give her a pat on the back. She deserves one!
