Digital Album Purchasing Terms

Process:

Ordering a custom album with YOUR text and YOUR photographs has always been impossible.... until now!

• Please select your album design and provide all customer choice information (text for titles, color choices, etc.) via the Mouse Memories web site. When you submit and pay for your order, Mouse Memories will contact you for any other additional information that may be required. (To get a jump start, feel free to email your images to us at guest_relations@mousememories.com right after you've submitted your order.)
• You can expect to receive a single digital proof within one week of when you order, provide all necessary images and other options, and provide payment. (Any changes after the order has been submitted will incur a $15.00 change fee per change from the manufacturer. Changes that will incur such fees include font color and text changes and photograph replacements.) Please select your images carefully for the template you have chosen. (If you have questions, feel free to contact us before you finalize your order. We would be happy to assist you in advance to avoid unwanted fees.)
• After Mouse Memories has received an email approval to proceed, the album will be produced according to the options and with the photo(s) that you've provided. You can expect to receive your custom album approximately three weeks after Mouse Memories has received your written approval.

Technical Requirements:

Remember that your final album image can be only as good as the image file(s) you submit. Of course, we want you to have the best possible custom digital photo cover so we ask that you please:

• Keep in mind that photos viewed on a computer screen may differ (in color and clarity) from those printed. Photos without sufficient resolution for enlargement will look blurry and unappealing when printed.
• Please provide us with a high resolution digital image. In fact, we recommend files that are at least 2 megabyte (Mb) in file size.
• File formats that we accept are: High Resolution PSD (Photoshop File Format), EPS (EPS File Format), TIFF (Tagged Image File Format), PDF (Adobe Acrobat's Portable Document Format), and JPEG or JPG (Joint Photographic Experts Group file format) with a minimum resolution of 300 dots per inch (DPI).
• If you are scanning an existing photograph print, we recommend doing so with an even higher resolution of 1200 DPI or higher. We also recommend that you thoroughly clean your scanner bed before scanning (even small dust or dirt particles can show up in a high resolution scanned image).
• Mouse memories is not responsible for providing photograph editing on any images that you submit. If you want your image to be cropped or modified in any way, we ask that you do so prior to sending us the digital file.

Refunds and Warranty

Once Mouse Memories has received an email approval of the digital proof your order is final and your custom album order is non-refundable with no exceptions.

Albums that are defective may, of course, be returned for a new album of the same design. Here are some reasons for which new albums will NOT be provided:

• Albums with "blurry" or "fuzzy" images because submitted files were of insufficient resolution.
• Albums whose photo and text layout and positioning is the same as the digital proof that was provided. (Once the proof is approved, the layout and positioning is final!)
• Minor manufacturing markings on either pages, the album cover, the album back or the spine that are reasonable and typical.
