Domestic (U.S.) Orders

MouseMemories will make effort to fill your domestic order and send it out to you within two (2) business days. However, we do occasionally get backed-up during special sales, contests, and other events.  Your patience during those times is greatly appreciated.  If you have a deadline (a scheduled crop for example), please let us know so we can do our best to meet your timing needs.  If you are a domestic customer and have not received your items within ten days of submitting an order, please email us at guest_relations@mousememories.com so we can resolve the problem for you.  International orders often take more time due to longer shipping times and customs delays. Be aware that a restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all orders that are cancelled after payment has been received.

As of December 30, 2008 all orders placed on the Mouse Memories website that specify standard domestic (U.S.) shipping and that are valued at or over $50.00 will be SHIPPED FREE of charge! Also, all out-of-stock items will be credited back to your account at the time the order is shipped. No items will be backordered.

If premium shipping is selected for domestic (US) orders, an additional charge of $20 is applied (per order) and we will expedite the order in the Order Fulfillment Center and then ship it via express USPS mail, overnight UPS, or DHL. (Note that overnight receipt of premium orders is NOT guaranteed!)

Standard and Premium shipping charges for delivery to locations within the United States are shown in the table below:

Florida Residents Take Note: MouseMemories is located in the State of Florida, therefore a 7% sales tax will be applied to all orders from Florida residents.  No sales tax will be applied to orders shipped outside of the State of Florida.

International Orders

International (including Canada and Mexico) orders are handled as follows:

• The order is placed by the customer using the MouseMemories.Com shopping cart.
• International shipping MUST be selected at checkout and a temporary shipping charge will be applied at the time of purchase.
• The ordered items are pulled at the Order Fulfillment Center and the package is weighed. We determine the actual shipping costs for the package via the shipping carrier that we will use to deliver the package. (Mouse Memories ships all international orders via United States Postal Service Priority Mail International as it is a reliable service that provides tracking capability.)
• If the actual shipping costs are less than our standard domestic US shipping charge for an order of the same value, then MouseMemories will refund the difference between the temporary shipping charged on the order and our standard domestic US shipping charge for an order of the same value. If the actual shipping costs is greater than our standard domestic US shipping charge for an order of the same value, then MouseMemories will refund the difference between the temporary shipping charged on the order and the actual shipping cost. Whenever the actual shipping costs turn out to be higher than the temporary shipping charged on the order, then the additional amount will be charged to the guest's account.
• International orders over $50 in value will qualify for a $5.00 shipping credit.
• All duties or import taxes that may be assessed for international orders are the responsibility of the guest (customer).
• We can not mark "gift" on the custom forms to avoid customs duty as this is a federal offense for which Mouse Memories will be held liable. Please do not request this of us.
