MouseMemories has such a large number of themed products that finding exactly the right product for that page layout you're working on may seem like a daunting task. Unlike most scrapbooking websites, though, we've designed a special catalog to help you zero in on exactly the right items you are looking for. Here's a description of what's here and how to find particular items:

The left-hand-side menus allow you to browse our products in three major ways. First, you can look at all of the "NEW Products In Stock." Second, you can browse around the "Scrapbook Themes" (such as characters, vacations, states, or countries, and so on) that we've collected. Third, you can look at products by "Product Types" (that is, you can look at our entire list of papers, our different kinds of stickers, various embellishments, tools, and so on.)

Like most online scrapbooking stores, here at MouseMemories you can shop for products by looking at them separated into "product type" categories (paper or embellishments or stickers). So, if you're shopping for a particular type of product, we recommend that you start your shopping by clicking on "Product Types." If you do so, the menu will expand and allow you to select from almost forty different categories of products including: "12" x 12" Paper," "Adhesives," "Embellishments - Metals," "Stickers - Card Stock," and "Tools and Accessories."

Also, like many online scrapbooking stores, you may choose to shop for products by looking at them separated into various "scrapbook theme" categories. Since MouseMemories specializes in themed scrapbooking products, we certainly want to make it as easy as possible for you to find themed products by clicking on "Scrapbook Themes." If you do so, the menu will expand so you can look at the "high level" list of themes that we have to offer. The list includes: Disney Characters, Parks, and Resorts, Other Characters, Other Parks and Attractions, Other Vacation Themes, Nascar and Indy Racing Trips, Travel State by State, Travel International, Sports and Pastimes, Colleges and Universities, and Boy Scouts of America. As you click on the menu options you can "drill down" through the menu options to find the exact theme that you're looking for.

For Mickey Mouse, for example, you would select "Disney Characters, Parks, and Resorts," then "Mickey Mouse and Friends," and finally "Mickey Mouse." If you're looking for Basketball products, you would choose "Sports and Pastimes" and "Basketball." If you would like to find products for scrapbooking a trip to Michigan you would start with "Travel State by State" and then click on "Michigan." You can find your way to other themes in the same manner.

However, here is where you'll find a major difference in shopping at MouseMemories versus all other online stores: Once you're on the specific theme page you're looking for, you may be shown several different links. On top, you may (if they are available for that theme) see links to some "Coordinated Collections." The coordinated collections include products that belong to the scrapbook theme that you choose that that were designed by the manufacturer to coordinate in theme and color. We've put each collection on its' own separate page so you can see the uniform and stylish look! Next, will be several links allowing you to "Browse by Product Type." For your convenience, we have further sorted all of the products in the scrapbook theme that you choose by product type. If you're looking for all the papers that are "Mickey Mouse" themed, for example, this is the best way to see them all together! No other scrapbooking website takes such great pains to provide browsing of their themed products in the simplest way possible. It's another example of how MouseMemories considers you our guest and not just a customer.

Placing an Item in Your Cart -- When you see an item you'd like to purchase, simply click "Add to Cart" next to the item. That puts the item in your shopping cart and takes you to the Shopping Cart page, where you'll be able to view the items you've added to your cart. You can also change the quantity of each item you've selected and remove items, if you want. From your cart, you can either check out or continue to shop.

Checking Your Cart's Contents -- The first step before Checkout is to review your order on the Shopping Cart page. Here you can move remove items from your cart by clicking "Delete." You can also delete the entire cart simply by clicking "empty cart."

Checking Out-- When you are satisfied with your order, click "Proceed to Secure Checkout," and you'll be asked a series of questions such as your billing and shipping address, payment options, and so on -- so you can be on your way to completing your purchase.

MouseMemories was originally started as a company providing Custom Album Services to folks that have vacationed at one of the Disney resorts and now have a ton of photographs, but lack the time or inclination to put together their own vacation memories album.

Since we were buying all of the licensed Disney product that we could find to support the Custom Album business, it just made sense to offer these fabulous products for sale as well.

Over the years, we've been able to find many, many suppliers of wonderful Disney, Vacation, and Sports-themed scrapbooking products that are perfect for creating new scrapbook pages and we continue to add more suppliers and products all the time!

Since we are adding new products so frequently, it just isn't cost effective for MouseMemories to maintain a printed catalog. Instead, we suggest that you browse our product offerings on our website. If you don’t have a computer or internet access at home, most local libraries offer internet-accessible computers that you can borrow for a few minutes.

Certainly! We can make arrangements for you to shop at our Order Fulfillment Center by appointment on Wednesdays (mornings only) or Fridays (mornings and early afternoons). Just call the Order Fulfillment Center a week or so before you wish to visit at 407.847.2512 to make arrangements!

We do our best to keep all of our products in stock, but sometimes we do run out of some items in between supplier shipments. When we do run out of stock, our website is designed so that you can still "see" the product on the site, but can not order it. That way you can at least make a note of the product for future reference, perhaps by adding it to your wish list.

Every online order that you place at MouseMemories is 100% secure. At MouseMemories.com, we use the latest e-commerce technology available. However, since MouseMemories normally ships via United States Postal Service Priority Mail, package tracking is not available for most orders.

Items sold by MouseMemories and shipped to destinations in the state of Florida are subject to tax. Depending on your location, you may be required to pay a Use Tax in your state, but there is no sales tax paid through us if we bill and ship to a location outside of Florida.

At the point of checkout, our shopping cart will allow you to choose from several different methods of payment including: credit card, Paypal, telephone, fax, and check or money order by mail.

Telephone, Fax -- After placing your order through the shopping cart, you can specify that you wish to call or fax your credit card payment information to the Order Fulfillment Center at 407.847.2512. Please call between 8:00am - 4:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. (Voice mail messages and faxes can be left any time). Of course, your order will not be processed until we have received your payment information and the charge has been successfully processed through our credit card processor.

Pay by Mail -- After placing your order through the shopping cart, you can specify that you wish to make your payment by check or money order sent to our Order Fulfillment Center via mail. You can cancel an order anytime during Checkout by clicking "Delete Cart" in your shopping cart. This will remove all of the items from your shopping cart. You can also cancel an order after you've completed it, provided that we have not already finished processing the order for shipment. We will do our best to act on your request to cancel orders after you have placed them. However, we fill orders quickly and may have processed your order for shipping. We recommend that you contact us via phone or email within an hour or so of order placement if you wish to cancel your order.

If we are unable to cancel your order before it has been processed, be assured that you can return any unwanted items to us after you receive them per our return policy. If you wish to make a return after you receive your order, please visit our Returns Request page for further instructions.

Add Premium Shipping to your domestic (United States) order if you want your order processed immediately. Of course, orders are normally filled in the order they are received, except for Premium Shipping orders which are expedited.

Furthermore, Premium Shipping orders are shipped via express USPS mail or overnight UPS or DHL which greatly speeds up delivery times to any location within the United States.

On rare occasions, after you click "Proceed to Checkout," or complete your transaction, an item you purchased may actually be out of stock. This happens either if inventory for that item was very low when you began to shop and another guest ahead of you in Checkout bought it first (this is most likely to happen if the item was a best seller, and demand for it quickly exceeded our inventory.)

If an item in your domestic (United States and Canada) order is out-of-stock, MouseMemories will ship you the backordered item as soon as possible when it comes back in stock at our cost. Out-of-stock items on international orders will be credited back to your account.

Your order will be shipped from our Order Fulfillment Center with a packing slip that lists all of the products that you ordered.

An invoice that shows the prices of each item can be mailed or emailed to you (in PDF format) to you if you request one.

MouseMemories order confirmations are sent to you automatically via e-mail. You should receive your confirmation within a few hours of placing your order.
