Creating A Custom Memories Album

Our promises to you:

1. Mouse Memories will work with you (via mail, email, or telephone) to identify how we can best meet your needs and assist you in organizing your photos.
2. Mouse Memories will spend many hours crafting your custom album: cropping photographs, matting photos, completing layout designs and adding decorative elements such as borders and stickers. We have extensive experience, and all work will be creatively and professionally completed.
3. Mouse Memories will add creative titles and other design flourishes to many of the album pages. We don't do so on every page to make sure that the "special" pages have a greater impact and to ensure that there is plenty of room for journal comments.
4. All products provided by Mouse Memories for inclusion in the album are of the highest quality available to us and are photo safe. Your album will be cherished for years to come.
5. At the completion of the project (you'll be informed of your project's schedule upon initiation of the project) you will receive your completed memories album. You will also receive two photo-safe pens to complete your journaling.

Your Part:

1. To ensure that we layout the pages in the order that YOU want them, we ask that you organize your photographs and memorabilia in the sequence in which you want them to appear in your completed album.
2. If you indicate certain pictures that are particularly special for you, Mouse Memories will ensure that they are included in your album. (Note: we recommend that you not make your notations on the backs of photographs as this may damage the photos. Instead, you should use Post-It Notes to indicate which materials are most important to you.) If you wish, we will work with you to help you prioritize your pictures.
3. Often other memorabilia (tickets, menus, etc.) are not safe to include in a memories album because the chemicals they contain may damage photographs over a long period of time. Mouse Memories uses album pages and mounting materials that are extremely safe, but we recommend that materials that are not "acid-free" and "lignin-free" be used sparingly in your album.
4. We kindly ask that you retain negatives and duplicate copies of all photographs provided to Mouse Memories.
5. In order for us to purchase the materials for the custom album and get the album embossing done in advance (if included in your package), Mouse Memories asks that you pay half of the cost of the completed album at the time that you send your photographs to Mouse Memories, with the balance due upon completion of the project.

Album Journaling:

1. Mouse Memories does not add journal comments - written text - about your vacation experiences within the album.  However, we provide plenty of space for you to do so. We can arrange to use specific titles and text (i.e. poems, anecdotes, etc.) provided by you at the beginning of the project.
2. Furthermore, Mouse Memories will provide you with 2 fade-proof, water-proof, photo-safe pens with which to do your journaling.
3. A Hints and Tips sheet will also be provided to give you journaling ideas.

Upon Completion of the Project:

1. When your album is completed, you will be notified.
2. When Mouse Memories receives your final payment the album, pens (see below), and page protectors will be shipped to you.
3. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the completed album, we will work with you to resolve the problem. If we are unable to do so in any other way, you may return the completed album to us for half of the price of the album, plus Mouse Memories will pay to replace the photograph prints.
